Accessory FAQ

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ACCESSORIES?
Customizations are possible, but not guaranteed for every piece. Email us below to start a conversation regarding customizing your pieces. We will take it from there. Additional charges and longer shipping times may apply.

IS PARIS BY DEBRA MORELAND JEWELRY HYPOALLERGENIC?
All our earrings include surgical steel posts, and hypo-allergenic backers. All our jewelry is plated in either Rhodium or 14K Gold, which is sensitive to skin allergies.

HOW SHOULD I STORE AND CARE FOR MY ACCESSORIES?
Our accessories are shipped in secure and safe premium boxes packed with shred or cotton. Storing in these boxes will prolong the life of your accessories, and protect from environmental elements like dust and other toxins. Jewelry and hair pieces should not be sprayed with hairspray or any other hair care product, which can cause the pearls, crystals and metals to dull. Veils are shipped carefully folded in tissue. Upon receiving, the veil may need to be steamed to release any wrinkles from shipping. Veil may be folded back and wrapped in tissue to preserve, or you may hang over a fabric hanger and in a garment bag to keep safe.

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WITH MY ACCESSORIES SHIP?
Everything at PARIS by Debra Moreland is handmade. READY TO SHIP items will ship within a week. MADE TO ORDER items will ship within 10 weeks, and possibly sooner depending on production ability.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Each order is charged a flat fee of $20 to ship within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply for Hawaii and Alaska. Please inquire at info@parisstyles.com.

MY ACCESSORY WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please notify us at info@parisstyles.com within 48 hours of receiving your damaged piece. We will then discuss the damage and make arrangements to replace the piece. After 48 hours, the damages are your responsibility. Piece must be damaged upon arrival and not due to shipping or mishandling.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Due to the handmade nature of our accessories, we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time. If your accessory arrives damaged, you will need to notify us below within 48 hours of receiving so that we can arrange for replacing your items. Beyond 48 hours, the damaged piece is your responsibility, and it must not be due to shipping or mishandling.
